Seriously? 10 spline? and then 16 spline course shafts? Hmmm..if you want to play and not be a TP, I think an axle conversion is in order. Just an opinion but straighten that is a waste, you are about 5 psi away form a break on what, a 50 year old shaft? Seriously?
