The rears should be that way too. I've never been able to get far with the "proper" adjustment method, including using a feeler gage, so I just turn the cams outwards until the shoes start to drag, and then back off a little, and then do the same with the bottom posts, maybe going back and forth as needed until they don't drag at all. The drums are always a little bit warped so make sure you spin the wheel all the way around so you don't have it dragging on the tight spot.
