Thanks for starting this off.

Think my old dist is causing me problems. Going to set this up to cure ignition problems for once and for all.

I picked up a Slant Six HEI dist. The shaft is to short and has a plastic gear. Going to have to do a little lathe work.

Looks like the hot setup is the GM HEI unit. I'm going to try for the NAPA Echlin parts for the HEI and coil.

I'll post the machining details and photos on my site.
