Well, it is an open cab so I don't plan on using it in the rain :). I have though about it, but since the wipers will rarely be used, It will work for a temp. Oh, no inspections in Kansas unless it is under a build/non-highway transfer or is from out-of-state, oh, and since it is pre '50 it is expemt from most inspections.
