you are very very fortunate to have survived , air bags seldom work in moose, deer and elk collisons > the legs are simply knocked out from undernieth, the critter and next thing the critter is in your face >some one told me once that deer kill more people than any other animal in north america ,although its collisions moose are often fatal, man oh man you are lucky ~ Copey post script on a funnier note 6 or 7 years a go tandem axle beer truck hit a cow on the county road and upset the truck on its side > the driver was fine but the crowd of onlookers were almost in tears as all the beer ,from the broken bottles drained in the ditch ` J
