I use a home made one topped with wool carpet in the workshop and a piece of wool carpet outside. Frame is light angle iron with 20 gauge steel riveted every 4" and metal caster wheels right at the corners. I hate other creepers with the wheels back from the corners and when you start to get up the %#@^! thing tips up on you. When welding any hot bits just melt into the wool carpet instead of rolling under your clothes, not so painful.
