Shifter to the left of the 3 speed shifter is for the Warn overdrive....25% reduction in any gear. The small shifter between the seats is for the PTO winch shaft. The other two shifters are for the transfer case. One lever is for 4wd and 2wd, the other lever is for low range, neutral, high range.
I'll give you $50 for the overdrive!!!
