1962 Town Panel value??????

Is there any big value in a 1962 Town (Wagon) Panel with the solid sides? I have a guy who needs to get it moved due to the city. It sounds rough and has plenty of rust and bondo. No motor or tranny in it. I am going to look at it Sat. and get some photos. It has no title and trying to find it has been a dead end.

Does anybody need some parts or the whole truck? I already have too many trucks and hate to get another but hate to see it get crushed.

Is it just junk or does it have value?
