It doesn't take much to clog that little relief port. A #72 torch tip cleaner will just barely go in it. I had one that I'd rebuilt only a year before, bled the brake system, and had it working good, but after it sat a year, a little speck of rust got in the hole and the brakes were locking up again. You don't need to take the MC off the truck, just take the cover off and poke a #72 torch tip cleaner through the relief hole. The hole is drilled part way through at 1/8", but the rest of the way is #72.

If only one wheel is locking up (easy to check if you can drive on some gravel, or feel for heat), you may have a deteriorated brake hose.

The mico lock may way be the problem, but one way to check is wait until the brakes lock up, then crack the tubing nut on the outlet of the MC, or the brake light switch, to relieve the pressure right at the MC. If that frees up the brakes, you know the problem is in the MC. If not, crack the nut on the downstream end of the mico valve and see if that relieves it.

"Divide and conquer" is the best rule for troubleshooting anything. Divide the system in pieces and figure out which piece has thee problem before you start shotgunning it.
