You have all three, so that is not much help.

There are some numbers from 1957-59 cars that I have not yet figured out, but I do not think they start with DSP.

Either you misread one or more of the letters, or this stamp was made by a rebuilder or State DMV. In Montana I found engines stamped MONT and then numbers, which was a state issued ID number, and I have heard of other engine with markings from other states.

Engine builder stamps I know very little about.


Verify your number, and then starting thinking about possible meanings.

Sorry I could not be more definite, that is an odd number.
