Depends on the PTO. For example, I used a Chelsea Series 352 on my Bumblebee with a NP-435 Transmission. It arrived set up for right side operation, but had directions how to take apart and set up for left side operation. The swap over was easy, probably took 30 minutes. However, I dont believe all PTO can be side changed.
