Time for me to tear into the front end of the m-37...actaully, since I haven't built a shop yet, and have no where to work, I am going to farm the job out to a local mechanic who can use the work. We are living up the mountain and are halfway through clearing land for the shop.
Anyhow, the truck is weeping grease from the closed knuckle, so the wheels and hubs, back to the knuckle, need to come apart to replace all the seals (and perhaps some bearings also).
Does anyone have a good list of the expendable needed for the job (seals, gaskets and such). I know Paul for NY has a very nice procedure for replacing the vertical bushings (king pin function) with bearings. I would like to be able to hand the mechanic a box of parts for the job so I won't clog up one of his two bays waiting for had to find stuff.
