I was curious also so I called Chief Bucky Stella and he didn't know either. They are opening the bids at a meeting tomorrow (Tuesday). He took my number and said if I didn't hear from him by Wednesday evening, give him a call.
Soon as I know anything I will post it unless somebody else does first.
