Check the connectors in the pump area, the pump is electronically controlled and there is a fuel shut off function. If that doesn't fix it I would do the following:
1) Try a different dealer.
2) Contact the customer satisfaction number in the owners manual.
3) Get on the Turbo Diesel Register and see if anyone on there has had this problem.
4) Take it to Cummins, which you will have to pay for unless you can get Chrysler to pay for it.
