Chrysler added the sweptline bed to the option list for 1960. You may either have a '60 model, a late production '59 model, one that someone swapped beds on, or a special unit from Dodges special equipment group. The SEG built a lot of special trucks in low quantity for Govt. and so on.

I would think that the bed was swapped as the '59 was like the previous 2 years in that station wagon fenders and rear bumper were grafted onto a bed to make the Sweptside truck. This was built from 1957 to '59 with the regular sweptside bed coming into production in '60.

On the other hand, the SEG built a lot of strange stuff for specific purposes. I know where there is a 1960 or so, 1 ton Dodge with the utiline bed but with dually fenders that was built for the U.S. Navy.
