The Government has no right to tell an adult to buckle their seat belt. However, they do have the right to make the STUPID parents who don't buckle their kids in, to do so! My brother is an ER Physician and you should hear what he see's in regards to people who DO NOT buckle in! Stupid, stupid, stupid.
