Ican not tell you how to reprime a dodge.
To reprime a VW rabbit you loosen the fuel line
nut on the top of each injector, and crank the
motor over. DO NOT CRANK FOR MORE THAN 30 seconds
at a time!!!!!!
When fuel comes out the top of an injector tighten
the fuel line nut. Once the engine starts to run,
loosen each injector fuel nut to let any remaining
air bleed from the fuel system then retighten the
fuel line nut.
On a Ford - (86 6.9) you loosen the fuel line nut
on each injector AND remove ALL the glow plugs.
Crank the motor over tighten the injector nuts when
fuel starts to leak from the injector top.
Fuel will blow out the glow plug holes when fuel
is being injected. replace the glow plugs and start it up.
Another method - buy a external type electric
fuel pump for a fuel injection system (I use a
'69 VW beetle). connect the pump to the input side
of the injector pump. Loosen the injector fule line
nuts. Power up the fuel pump to prime the injectors
tighten the fuel line nuts when fuel leaks from
the injector top. Power the pump off!!!!
Remove the pump and reconnect the orginal system.

Be sure to check your glow plugs/preheaters when
you have them out. If the engine is cold or old
you may not be able to start it without heat.

Good luck - It pays to be patient!!!!!
