Hi Gordon,
I put them on my last truck, which was a 97 that I've told you about before.
I won't do it again mainly because they tend to move just enough to ware the paint off where they rub. If you ever take them off there would be a rub mark outlineing where the flares were.
Also, they stick out a little farther and it's just one more thing to worry about hitting or rubbing up against something.
