Cab swap and such.

I have this extremely ugly, rusty 68 W-200 with a big block and very low milage. I also have a super nice 1970 D-100 with great sheetmetal. Well I want to put the cab as well as other sheet metal from the 70 onto the 68. I know it is pretty much a bolt in, with one exception. The Clutch..The 68 has a good ol hydralic set up (yuuuck!) and the D-100 takes the good linkage type. WOuld it be easy to bolt the hydralic setup to 70 cab or would it be easier to convert truck from hydralic to linkage after the swap is done? Any info is appreciated. thanks folks.
