Yes, one big advantage. The Helitool kit is ready to go as a drop in. No fabricating, engineering, etc.
As far as I know, no one makes a kit for a 350 at this time. Therefore, you'll have to design and build one on your own.
As far as the engines go, it's a matter of personal tastes and likes.
