I live in Warrenton about 7 miles from you. I know of 2 machine shops in town that work on old engines and 2 more machine shops that build OEM or high performance engines in Manassas.
I would get them to do the machining and assemble it yourself. I have most tools and apparatus (engine crane/ stand) that you would need for the task. Would like to see your beast sometime. I just missed a B1 and B3 in Front Royal for $600. Darn
