I appreciate your opinion. Let me paint a scenario for you though. If you were pretty wealthy and moved into an area of very high end homes or pastoral estates, do you mean to tell me that if someone moved in next door and established a pig farm or salvage yard you'd be okay with that? I tend to think not! It would be pretty difficult to not look at it as you suggested. Where you differentiate between sight and smell, some might not agree with that and in fact that is simply a variation of your own personal zoning opinion. I didn't say that one vehicle constituted a junk yard. In fact I said that even several unused or unlicensed vehicles parked on a property were fine as long as they didn't become a receptacle for trash. Unfortunately most folks don't have enough money to buy all the surrounding property to insulate or protect themselves as you suggest. And that is what I believe "sensible" zoning laws are for. What Leon is having to put up with is ridiculous. Again I say everything in moderation.
