Yes, you are correct. The pictures on my site are of Jonas Smith's swivel frame power wagon. It was a great test mule for the original prototype due to this feature. But, adding the locker will not add this capability to your truck ;-)
As Paul said, the lockers allow the driver to select bewteen fully open and fully locked differential operation. To do so, it uses air pressure supplied to the differential to engage a lock ring on the spider gear. The resulting differential is significantly stronger than stock!!
