Springs and OT fireproof paint

I am looking for a slightly softer springs (rear) for my carryall rebuild, given the existing ones are straight, nothing lost there. Does anyone have any company recommendations?

On the OT front. I have converted my woodworking shop to PW restoration. I have T-111 on the walls. I don't really want to cover them with sheetrock, so are there any good fireproof paint options? I could care less about a painted finish, I just want some "enhanced fireproofing"
