Cheapest one is $300. The catch is you have to pay $50/mo for the tracking service (probably uses the cell phone network). Since I know the thief, his mother, his thieving buddy, and the guy that fences the stuff all live within a mile of me, I'd like to have something more like the tracking collars the fish and game guys put on wildlife. It doesn't need a GPS, and it doesn't need to report via cell phone. It just needs to send out some signal I can track down with a receiver of some kind.
