Are you serious? Are there such things? Do they send out a radio signal so you can find the goods from a long ways away, or does it just track where it's been once you find it? What do they cost? It would be fun to catch the punk, that's for sure. The good thing about a small town is there are only a limited number of thieves, usually only 2 or 3 operating in the area at any one time. What I don't understand is how they usually get away with it for years until they either move away or dope themselves into such a sorry state of decrepitude that they can't even steal any more.
