OK, the lots in my development are about 3/4 acre, my lot is on the corner and has trees on 2 sides, and yes you could see the car (a complete running '65 Mustang) just not inspected and registered. Had it pulled out of the garage for 3 weeks to work in garage.
As I said in my posting I had gotten letters before so this was my 3rd offence. (my bad)
OK I can't find the exact wording, but it does state that a home owner cannot leave an unregistered or uninspected vehicle outside for more than 30 days. I did that before. I thought if I got it back in the garage within 30 days I would be OK. Again I was wrong.
On the Civil Complaint it states "Zoning Ordinance defines storing one or or more unlicensed vehicles as a junk yard. Junkyards are not permitted uses within the R-2 Zoning District where this property is located."
