The pulley you need is unique. The 1959-60 Poly 318 has a different pulley setup from the later 61 and up 318 or the cars from what I have seen.
The dual pulley with the right diameters is only found on the trucks with that accessory, and you need both the one on the crankshaft, and the one off the water pump to get everything to work right. The water pump and crank pulley are a matched set, as the crank pulley has two different sizes on it, and you can't have the two belts pulling on the water pump at different speeds.
