I got a pair from amazon.com a year or so ago for $60. They look kind of cheesy to me (cast pot metal?) and I'm glad I didn't pay any more than that. I'm using them, but I'm keeping the real flanges in the glove box for when the superwinch ones break. Another thing I don't like about them is the tiny black-oxide steel allen-head screws that hold them together are 100% certain to get rusty and full of crud and be impossible to ever remove again. Allen-head screws and black oxide coated screws belong on fine machinery that's kept in a heated, dry, indoor environment, not on the hubs of an off-road truck. To make it even worse, these screws have an unusually small diameter head and the head is tapered at a steep angle to wedge itself into a tapered hole in the housing. This means that if you lose one, you'll never find another to replace it.
