The "selling it locally" is a game that I am not going to play. It turns me off and should not be allowed. Either get with the program and sell it on Ebay with an adequate reserve or don't do it.
Also the extended time frames on GovLiq tick me off, I don't have all day to sit there to play out the auction.
It's like the old country farm auction, slam the gavel and get it over with.
