From what little I can see on these two pictures the most obvious is the front bumper. The winch looks original but a cloe up would tell for sure. There also looks to be some type of exteranl hood latches as used on Jeeps that shouldn't be there. Aside from that it's a decent looking 59. I have a 1959 W200 myself and have worked on a number of these trucks. Be glad to offer advice once you get it.
