Let's don't kid and think a D300 is equal to an Atlas......that's why they built the Atlas .....to replace the weak case of the D300 as well get other gear ratios (yes I am aware that there is now a 4 to 1 gear choice) not to mention the D300 has a history of popping out of gear. But then at the speed you build there will probably be other options to the Atlas and Stak. Maybe you can even install a flux capacitor that can transport you back in time so that you can complete that project, er.... projects. Therefore you can spend more time on wheeling the trails instead of the web.......at least you won't be in MoparTina's Jeep.
