The truck propbably belongs to Chase and his father Stan Hawkins in Ucon outside of Idaho Falls. They are the largest civilian PW collecters in eastern Idaho and do a lot of horse trading and selling on Ebay.
They are only 1 hour from me and I usually shot the bull with them about twice a year.
Beats the heck out of me where they keep coming up with the civi stuff. All I have in military.
