It has the 25" head on it, so I had to swap over more parts from the 23" spares pile to get it to work than I anticipated. things like the thermostat outlet, water pump bypass, etc, just didn't mate up.

I'd hate to have some snow and the 'Cat to be laid up, as now I just need the steel tube elbow for the lower rad hose and a couple of clips to get it back together.
