Possibly, but I dont think so. The "Good ol boy" network is alive and well in this town (pop. 1700) and having lived here almost all of my life, staying out of trouble and paying my taxes on time probably helps. The guy who gave me the heads up is another long time resident.
Nonetheless, I plan on getting busy parting out some of these rigs, thats what I got them for anyway.
