What is a select board? Sounds to me just like one of those things our forfathers fought against in WW2. Makes you wonder how far we have come since those days. Why can't people just mind their own business. As long as your yard is neat and orderly you should be able to do as you wish. People just are not happy with their own lot in life, they also have to get involved in yours.
