Hey y'all,
I'm rather interested in the Dodge Power Wagons after initially seeing a die-cast model in a magazine. So, I've started doing some research on them to find out more. I try to do my homework before I jump into anything.
But I was curious to find out what owners have to say about their Power Wagons. I'm sure most of y'all work on your trucks yourselves. I wouldn't mind hearing how hard or easy that can be. I believe I read some parts for the Power Wagon are no longer available. I'm also curious to see what shape some owners bought theirs in and how much time and money they've put into maintaining and restoring it. And does anybody happen to drive theirs around town like a semi-commuter? I know they get 10 mpg if you're lucky! Any input would be awesome.
I will admit I'm not a super mechanic, but I'm progressing. Currently, I own a 1986 Mercedes 190e 16 valve that I'm restoring & customizing a bit. I guess I have that Germany spell on me right now. :)
Anyway, any help/chat would be greatly appreciated.
