I need help fast

i am trying to pull the automatic hubs from a dana 60 and replace with manual . The darn things will not disengeage . I have the cap off and one clip off but have no links as to what I need to do to get the piece of pooh off . I can start drilling and grinding but these thing should come apart easily .
