Thanks Bob. The images are of a depth wheel on a Newgren plow. All my information indicates that Newgren was a final assembler and a distributor, rather than a manufacturer. They sold such a small number of plows, I firmly believe the parts making up the assemblies were sourced from other existing applications. It would not have been cost effective to design a new hub and spindle for their needs.
I have not seen a depth wheel like this from a major plow manufacturer, but I look forward to the phone number to help continue the search.
