I know the American car makers are making improvements, they had to make a better product and be more efficient to keep up in this era. I also know they were in the middle of the process when this crisis hit, and it was super bad timing.
Yet I do not see how 2 1/2 months of operating capital will do any good unless they make radical moves to stop the bleeding.
I want to see real numbers, and a plan to stop the outflow of capital before we as a country give them money. I am waiting for Monday to see what they come up with.
As for Consumer Reports, I am happy to agree to disagree, I don't have any proof that they are not biased. As for recalls though, they list all new recalls as far as I know in every issue. Have you seen proof that they pick and choose what recalls to report on?
