There were several different heaters used in Power-Wagons. Some were year specific. A lot of these were dealer installed, so they can be MoPar, but not necessarily always. MOST of the MoPar heaters had a formed steel "Y" that fit right onto the heater to direct warm air in two directions to the defroster ducts. The defroster parts were generally a separate MoPar kit as an addition to the heater. I would be just guessing to say what size defroster tubing you need, but I have always found replacements at NAPA.

First rule of Power-Wagons: Originality always trumps customizing when value is the topic in question.

If you never plan to sell, do whatever makes the truck work for you. If you plan to sell, keep it original. Even those who are looking for a truck to customize would rather start with a good original truck than one someone else has changed to fit their own mold.
