DC web site shows an early and late M37 trans. He points out a difference in the shift tower. Not sure what else is different but he also sells bearing and gaskets sets for early and late M37 transmissions.

I bought a M37 PTO from DC and he did not question if I was putting it on an early or late M37 transmission. So there must not be much difference between them. It took me a while to find the PTO.
