BTW. Martie ordered a Monza new in 1978. 2+2 Sport Coupe, Royal Blue, black out trim, spoiler and air dam, air slit grill, and no badges except for one little "5.0" on each fender - it had the 305 V-8 and 4-speed. I bought Widetrack 60 series tires for her birthday one year.

I don't know how I ever caught that gal. Man, she really knew how to drive that car. She used to short-shift it from 1st directly to 3rd. It had over 100 miles on it when she traded it off and it would still get rubber in all four gears.

Changing plugs was no fun though I found I could do it by removing the driver side engine mount and jacking the engine over.
