Mike, I think Dave is trying to ask as few of number of questions as possible in order to arrive at the answers he needs. If he does not have access to all of the equipment he lists, he will have to ask a lot more questions here than just those few he did. He will be asking a lot more questions in order to get the multitude of dimensions required to plug into the formulas and alter the program to correct the drawings in order to actually reflect Power-Wagon geometry.

Dave, the trucks were available with several different spring rates, front and rear. These rates did not come as "packages" and can be found mixed together in all sorts of variations. Some of these combinations are dependent upon serial number. Also, the earlier trucks had longer rear shackles than the later trucks. Each spring rate, whether front, rear, or together, gives the truck a slightly different stance.

All of this means that you will be hard pressed finding two Power-Wagons with exactly the same springs, shackles, and equipment. Thus, hardly no two trucks are going to measure with the same approach and departure angles. The drawbar itself can be adjusted to 72 different positions. 48 of these positions will translate directly to a unique departure angle. Just adding or removing a front winch will effect rear departure angle.

When I get back to working again, I can get measurements for you of the 2 furthest extremes for departure angle for a '51 B3PW with 9.00x16 tires, front winch with 200 ft. of 7/16 cable, 1150 lb. front springs, 2500 lb. 12-leaf rear springs, and a flatbed that is heavier than a pickup box.
