When I was building the M37 Bandit, I needed the two yoke straps for a 1993 Dodge NP-205 T Case Output Yoke. I had no part number, and of course no VIN. The Parts Lady, with a few key strokes on her computer had the 1993 NP-205 T Case break down on her screen. She looked at me and said "is this what you want" Thats customer service.
Is she a Professional Parts Lady, or just a Parts Lady ? By your description, she is just a Parts Lady. But she knows how to help a customer and does a great job. Thats the place that gets my business, not the Professional Dealer that sends me away because I dont have a VIN. That is nonsense and losses my business......which might be a new Ram someday.
