I had to go through the 3 year deal but the Bond was not mentioned. If you do this inspection, as soon as you get the paper work processed, you can drive or sell the vehicle if you like. I have a friend in Mud Bay (near Olympia) who used one of those Title Services. He handed them the Title and Bill of Sale. The Officer looked at it and said we don't have to accept these but I guess it will be OK. The State may have changed some rules by now but at that time my friend would have made his next stop at his Attorneys Office. We would have liked to see the outcome of that because the friend could well afford an argument of this kind with the State but everything worked out. It's worth checking for some original paperwork.
