It should be, but going by the year of 1969, it will be a wedge LA motor, not a Poly.
The LA motors are OK, just not the fuel economy or the torque of the Poly.
The LA (wedge) motors were an attempt build a motor less expensive than the Poly, just as the Poly was an attempt to build a less expensive Hemi.
