I have used estes in the past. I had a similar experience. They actually ran over my cargo box sides with a fork lift. Tire prints were clearly visible on the sheetmetal yet they dismissed the damage and only paid the tariff rate. They destroyed a $2000 cargo box and all we got was $150. I go out of my way to avoid them at all costs.
