It is not correct, the cab had the same look from the late 50's pickups to the swing out fender Dodges, but thats it, doors were different as well was a lot of the cab. The pickup doors were straight in the front, the swing out fender's were angled at the bottom, door latches in different locations, hinge systems I believe are even different. Can't even use a door from a pull handle model C-cab to a push button model unless you relocate and modify the door latch system.
Whether yours is a pull handle or push button will dictate what door you want to look for as a replacement, unless your willing to make the changes.
