I was at the WV. rally in the 99 2500 ram silver dodge. I have 9.00x16 STA on it but there is also 5" of lift, which gives me ample clearance. The only issue is that they are bias tires which tend to get flat spots after they sit but works itself out when they warm up. As far as noisr there fine. No more noise than running snow tires.
